Prabowo swears in Nanik Deyang, Said Iqbal at Istana
Three BGN leaders were replaced after former officials were named suspects in a corruption probe and detained by Kejagung.
President Prabowo Subianto swore in Nanik Sudaryati Deyang as head of Badan Gizi Nasional, along with Agustina Arumsari and Trenggono as deputy heads of BGN, at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Monday (8/6). At the same time, Prabowo also swore in Said Iqbal, president of Partai Buruh, as Presidential Special Adviser for Manpower and Labor Welfare. Nanik replaced Dadan Hindayana, while Agustina and Trenggono replaced Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung. The changes followed the naming of the former officials as suspects in an alleged corruption case by Kejaksaan Agung. The BGN leadership appointments were made under Presidential Decree No. 18/M Tahun 2026, while Said Iqbal's appointment was based on Presidential Decree No. 58/P Tahun 2026.
