BGN deputy begins work while office remains sealed
She arrived on her first day after the leadership shake-up as Kejagung continues probing graft in the free nutritious meals project.
Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency, Agustina Arumsari, began work on Thursday, June 4, 2026, but could not yet use her office because it remains sealed by investigators from the Kejaksaan Agung. Agustina said it was only her first active day at BGN, so she could not yet detail the steps she would take. She said her initial focus would be improving governance, including strengthening data, information systems and work mechanisms that do not depend on individuals. She also said BGN had received a number of recommendations, including from the KPK. The leadership overhaul came after President Prabowo Subianto removed Dadan Hindayana, Lodewyk Pusung and Sony Sonjaya. The three were later named suspects in the case of alleged corruption in the free nutritious meals program.
