Attorney General’s Office names fifth suspect in MBG graft probe, pursues 2 schemes
Newest suspect is PT YAT Commissioner Andri Mulyono as investigators examine alleged sale of kitchen sites and electric motorbike procurement.
The Attorney General’s Office has added one more suspect in the alleged corruption case involving governance of the Free Nutritious Meals program at the National Nutrition Agency for the 2025-2026 period, bringing the total to five people. The latest suspect is PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal Commissioner Andri Mulyono, who is allegedly linked to the procurement of Emmo electric motorbikes at BGN. Jampidsus Investigation Director Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi said the probe is still in its early stage and more suspects remain possible. Investigators are now working on two clusters in parallel: alleged buying and selling of kitchen locations for Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi and the procurement of goods and services. The four earlier suspects are Dadan Hindayana, Lodewyk Pusung, Sony Sonjaya, and Asep Yusuf Somantri.
