Kejagung questions 3 witnesses in Febrie Adriansyah TPPU case
Only 3 of 9 people summoned by Tim 9 appeared; 6 will be recalled as investigators trace 74 kg of gold and Rp543 miliar.
Kejaksaan Agung questioned three witnesses on Monday (27/7) in the investigation into alleged money laundering involving former Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah. The three who appeared were two private individuals identified as HH and HJ, and one Polri investigator identified as HK. According to Kejagung spokesperson Anang Supriatna, Tim 9 actually summoned nine people, but six witnesses did not show up and will be called again.
The case moved forward after Kejagung issued a new investigation warrant dated 20 July 2026 for the alleged TPPU. Investigators received the case file and evidence in the form of 74 kilograms of gold and foreign currency worth hundreds of billions of rupiah from Polri. In the same case, Febrie's lawyer, Febri Diansyah, said his client was still questioning the predicate offense underlying the TPPU allegation.
