Dukcapil issues 358 documents for quake victims in 7 NTT areas
Six teams brought e-ID recording and printing gear plus Starlink so evacuees could keep processing free identity documents.
The Directorate General of Dukcapil at the Home Ministry issued 358 population documents for residents affected by the earthquake in Nusa Tenggara Timur through a mobile service. Six service teams were deployed to seven areas in Flores: Manggarai, Manggarai Barat, Manggarai Timur, Ngada, Nagekeo, Ende, and Sikka, to replace e-KTP cards, family cards and birth certificates that were lost or damaged. In Manggarai Barat, a team led by Hani Syopiar Rustam also handed over 4,000 e-KTP blanks, Starlink equipment, printers and portable recording tools. Services were provided amid damage to the local Dukcapil office and the displacement of residents, including at Posko Gereja Aeramo in Nagekeo and Nangamese village in Riung, Ngada.
