Kejagung calculates mark-up on MBG e-motorbikes worth Rp1.1 trillion
Investigators estimate the unit HPS at about Rp47 million and are still tracing any profit flow to Lodewijk Pusung.
Kejaksaan Agung is still calculating the exact value of the mark-up in the procurement of 21,801 electric motorcycles for the Makan Bergizi Gratis program, worth Rp1.1 trillion. Jampidsus investigation director Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi said the price inflation was visible from the formation of the Harga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS), which was deemed to have been prepared unlawfully and did not produce a competitive price. In the preliminary investigation, the HPS per unit was set at about Rp47 million. Investigators are also still examining the possibility of profit flows to former Deputy Head of Badan Gizi Nasional Lodewijk Pusung. In this case, Kejagung has named Andrew Mulyono, Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal, a suspect as the vendor supplying Emmo electric motorcycles, adding to four suspects previously charged in the corruption case over MBG governance at BGN.
