Indonesia climbs to 118th in FIFA rankings after Oman, Mozambik wins

Indonesia added 12,25 points and will next play in the ASEAN Hyundai Cup 2026 in late July before the September FIFA break.

The Indonesia national team moved up four places to 118th in the latest FIFA rankings after a 3-0 win over Oman and a 1-0 victory over Mozambik on the June FIFA Matchday. Based on FIFA live rankings as of Wednesday at 15.00 WIB, Indonesia has 1.157,14 points, up 12,25 points from the two matches at Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. The win over Oman, then ranked 79th, earned 6,56 points, while the victory over Mozambik, ranked 101st, added 5,69 points. Justin Hubner, Ole Romeny, and Ragnar Oratmangoen scored against Oman, while Romeny netted the only goal against Mozambik. The results ended John Herdman's first four matches with the national team with three wins, one loss, and three clean sheets. Indonesia is scheduled to play in the ASEAN Hyundai Cup 2026 starting in late July before returning to international duty in September.
