Pertamina opens free health post for Reo quake evacuees
Medical teams treated flu, cough and debris-related injuries in shelters in Kecamatan Reo as aid efforts continued.
PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga has opened free health services for earthquake evacuees at the Pertamina Peduli post in Lapangan Barangkolong, Reo, Manggarai Regency, Nusa Tenggara Timur. The post provides health checks, blood pressure screenings, consultations for complaints, and medicines and vitamins as needed. Pertamina Corporate Secretary Arya Dwi Paramita said Pertamina Patra Niaga medical teams have been deployed and joined police medical personnel to serve toddlers, children and the elderly in the shelter area of Kecamatan Reo. Dr. Aji Wibowo from PPN Regional Jatimbalinus said the most common complaints treated were flu, cough and injuries caused by falling rubble.
