Komdigi sends 15 tons of aid and 20 Starlink units to NTT
8.6 tons are being flown to Labuan Bajo, while 812 BTS in 11 affected regencies have been restored.
The Ministry of Communication and Digital sent 15 tons of logistics aid and 20 Starlink units for earthquake victims in Nusa Tenggara Timur. The handover took place at the NTT Provincial Liaison Office in Jakarta on Saturday, with staggered deliveries coordinated with BNPB and local governments. Of the total aid, about 8.6 tons began being flown to Labuan Bajo because of limited distribution capacity. The assistance includes food, drinks, milk, blankets, mats, medicines and connectivity equipment to support residents' communications, emergency posts and health facilities. ANTARA also reported that Starlink has been delivered to the joint Flores earthquake emergency post and to RSUD Aeramo in Nagekeo after the 7.7 magnitude quake on 15 August.
