Pelita Jaya beat Dewa United 93-79, IBL semifinal tied 1-1

Pelita Jaya Jakarta defeated Dewa United Banten 93-79 in Game 2 of the 2026 Indonesian Basketball League semifinals at GMSB, Jakarta, on Monday, leaving the best-of-five series tied 1-1. Perrin Levon Buford was the difference with a triple-double of 28 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists, plus three steals.
Pelita Jaya led 26-18 in the first quarter, but Dewa went ahead 44-41 at halftime. After the break, David Singleton's team regained control of the game. Along with Buford, Darious Lee Moten and Jeff Withey made key contributions as the hosts closed the third quarter with a 71-58 lead.
In the final quarter, Pelita Jaya kept its margin and sealed the win. For Dewa United, Troy Gillenwater scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Games 3 and 4 will be held at Dewa United Arena in Kota Tangerang on June 11 and 13.
