Trump faces lawsuit over $100,000 Truth Social early-access feed

President Donald Trump was sued Wednesday in federal court in Manhattan over a Truth Social service that sells early access to his posts for as much as $100,000 a month. The Intercept and the Freedom of the Press Foundation argue that Truth API unlawfully gives wealthy subscribers a head start on presidential messages that can move markets or signal policy, military action and other government decisions. Trump Media has said the product delivers machine-readable feeds of public posts in milliseconds and has signed more than 10 customer agreements, generally priced at $60,000 to $100,000 a month. The complaint asks the court to declare the service unlawful and stop future paid early access to Trump’s posts.
