Trump faces lawsuit over $100,000 Truth Social early-access feed

Two media groups sued President Donald Trump and White House officials in federal court in New York over a Truth Social service that sells early access to his posts for as much as $100,000 a month. The Intercept and the Freedom of the Press Foundation argue the paid Truth API feed violates the First Amendment by giving wealthy subscribers a head start on presidential statements that can move stocks, oil and other markets. The complaint seeks to stop official government announcements from being posted exclusively on Truth Social while the paid service operates. Trump Media & Technology Group launched Truth API this month and has said the product delivers posts from Trump and other high-profile accounts faster than the public feed.
