Singapore Cat A COE tops Cat B again as premiums mostly fall

Singapore's Certificate of Entitlement premiums mostly fell in the latest bidding exercise, with Category A for smaller cars closing above Category B for larger cars for the third time this year. Category A ended at S$123,847, down from S$126,009, while Category B dropped to S$123,502 from S$126,989. Commercial vehicle COEs fell to S$93,001 from a record S$94,000, and motorcycle premiums edged down to S$9,989 from S$10,000. The open category was nearly unchanged at S$129,002. A total of 4,462 bids were submitted for 3,219 available certificates in the Jun 17 tender.
