Rudy Tanoe Misses KPK Questioning Again in Rice Aid Case
It is his third no-show, and KPK is weighing the next legal step if he skips another summons.
The Corruption Eradication Commission recorded that Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, alias Rudy Tanoe, again failed to appear for questioning at the KPK Red and White Building in Jakarta on Thursday (6/8), in connection with alleged corruption in the distribution of rice social aid for beneficiaries of the 2020 Program Keluarga Harapan. According to KPK, Rudy had confirmed a request to reschedule. Antara reported that this was the third time Rudy had been absent, after summonses on 14 August 2025 and 28 November 2025. KPK said his testimony is important to complete the case structure and the roles of the parties involved. In the follow-up investigation announced on 19 August 2025, KPK named three people and two corporations as suspects, with alleged state losses of up to Rp200 miliar.
