Protest at DPR disrupts Transjakarta, 2 routes halted
Gerbang Pemuda and Petamburan stops were not served, while JAK 102 was rerouted after road closures.
A protest near the DPR/MPR Building in Jakarta on Thursday (27/8) disrupted Transjakarta service and traffic in the Senayan area. PT Transportasi Jakarta temporarily suspended routes 1B Stasiun Palmerah-Tosari and 1F Stasiun Palmerah-Bundaran Senayan. Several other routes were modified or shortened, including 3F, 9, 9A, 10H, 1W, S31, T31, SH2, and 8N, which did not serve Bus Stop MPR 1, Bus Stop MPR 2, and Petamburan. Mikrotrans JAK 102 also changed its route because of road closures around Jalan Haji Nawi. At the same time, Dishub DKI Jakarta deployed 120 officers, four tow trucks, and traffic control at 10 points including Pintu 10, Hotel Mulia, FX, and under the Ladokgi flyover.
