Prabowo to lead first cabinet meeting in 4 months at Istana
The July 20 meeting will focus on cross-ministry reviews and accelerating implementation of the government's priority programs.
President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to lead a full Cabinet meeting at Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta, on Monday afternoon, July 20, 2026. It will be the first full cabinet session in about four months, after the last meeting was held on March 13, 2026. Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi said the meeting will review implementation of government programs across all sectors and discuss steps to speed up priority programs. He did not detail any other specific items on the agenda. According to Prasetyo, program evaluation is a main item at every cabinet meeting to ensure policy implementation across ministries and agencies stays on target.
