Police question ambulance driver, doctor in Sutrimo death probe
Investigators are tracing a viral photo of the victim with foam at the mouth and nose and interviewing the last witness to see him.
Polda Metro Jaya has questioned a number of witnesses, including an ambulance driver and a doctor at RS Muhammadiyah Taman Puring, in the investigation into the death of Sutrimo, who was found unconscious in the yard of Klinik Mordent in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Police said one witness was MA, a relative who last saw Sutrimo on Wednesday (22/7) at about 20.00 WIB in front of the clinic. Investigators also questioned the driver who took the victim to the hospital and later transported the body to Banyumas, as well as hospital staff, the ambulance manager and the owner. The doctor was asked to clarify the handling of the body, including a photo circulating on social media showing a person believed to be Sutrimo with foam at the mouth and nose. Police are still collecting statements from the family and others to determine the cause of death.
