Polda Metro summons YouTuber Bigmo over vape promotion involving 4 children
Investigators have questioned the complainant, parents and four children, and are tracing any work ties with PT TLI.
Polda Metro Jaya has scheduled a clarification session for YouTuber Muhammad Jannah, also known as Bigmo, on Monday, Aug. 10, over allegations that children were involved in promoting e-cigarettes during a livestream. The PPA and PPO Special Crimes Directorate has also questioned the complainant, identified as F, who recorded the video, and secured the livestream recording, video clips and supporting documents. Police have already taken statements from the parents and the four children seen in the video, with family members present. Investigators also visited PT TLI to examine its work relationship with the reported party. Earlier, police sought expert opinion to determine whether the incident meets the elements of child economic exploitation or the involvement of children in vape product distribution.
