Polda Metro Jaya Questions 25 Witnesses in Oky Defamation Case
The alleged defamation and intimidation case over a flower arrangement has moved to investigation after a report filed in August 2025.
Polda Metro Jaya has questioned 25 witnesses in the investigation of alleged defamation, libel and intimidation against doctor Oky Pratama through the delivery of flower arrangements. Oky Pratama filed the report himself after flower boards carrying defamatory messages were sent to several locations, including his clinic and home in Jakarta. Polda Metro Jaya spokesperson AKBP Onkoseno RS said the case has now moved to the investigation stage. Police are still scheduling additional witness examinations and collecting evidence to clarify the legal construction of the case. The report was registered with Polda Metro Jaya on 28 August 2025. During earlier proceedings, investigators also facilitated mediation on 8 January 2026, but the two reported parties identified as HPS and W did not attend.
