Piala Presiden 2026 final prize money rises, UMKM reach Rp1,5 billion
Runner-up will now get Rp3,5 billion, while tournament UMKM sales rose 27 percent from the 2025 edition.
The Piala Presiden 2026 committee has increased prize money for second, third and fourth place by Rp500 million each ahead of the third-place and final matches on Thursday (5/8) at Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Bali. Under the change, the runner-up will receive Rp3,5 billion, third place Rp2,5 billion and fourth place Rp1,5 billion. The top prize had already been raised from Rp6 billion to Rp8 billion. At the same time, OC chairman Tsamara Amany said economic turnover from UMKM sales through the semifinals had reached Rp1,5 billion, up 27 percent from Piala Presiden 2025. The final will pit Persib against Persebaya, while Persija will meet Arema in the third-place playoff. Both matches will be held without spectators.
