Pertamina Patra Niaga expands inclusive jobs for people with disabilities
In Indramayu and Boyolali, three programs have generated Rp300 million in turnover, Rp190 million in income and 269 beneficiaries.
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is expanding job and business opportunities for people with disabilities through community involvement and development programs in several operational areas. In Indramayu, the Perintis program runs through Kedai Kopi Teman Istimewa, managed by people who are deaf. Since opening in 2023, the shop has benefited 155 people who are deaf and recorded Rp300 million in turnover in 2025. Also in Indramayu, PT Polytama Propindo runs the Setara Program by developing Polystep prosthetic legs from recycled polypropylene waste; the program has reached 114 beneficiaries and generated nearly Rp190 million in income in 2025. In Boyolali, the Difabelpreneur Kresna Patra program focuses on sewing training, inclusive job access, and PKBM Inklusi Dwija Praja Amarta.
