Pertamina expands scholarships, internships and youth startups
The state energy company highlighted Pertamuda Seed and Scale, Beasiswa Sobat Bumi and PGTC on the 98th Youth Pledge Day.
PT Pertamina (Persero) is widening innovation opportunities for young people through scholarship programs, startup competitions, campus partnerships and internships on the 98th Hari Sumpah Pemuda, Oct. 28, 2026. In Jakarta, Pertamina deputy chief executive Oki Muraza said the spirit of unity remains relevant for meeting energy industry challenges. The efforts run through Pertamuda Seed and Scale, a venue for student business ideas and startups; Beasiswa Sobat Bumi for D3, D4 and S1 students at partner universities; and Pertamina Goes to Campus, which includes intercampus debate and innovation competitions. The company is also opening internship programs for university students and fresh graduates. Pertamina Foundation, through PFmuda, recorded 362 winning groups through 2025 across 28 provinces.
