Pertamina cuts prices of 3 nonsubsidized fuels from Aug. 1
In Jakarta, Pertamax falls Rp300 a liter and Pertamax Turbo Rp1.000, while Dexlite and Pertamina Dex stay unchanged.
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga cut the prices of three nonsubsidized fuels starting Aug. 1, 2026. In regions with a 5 percent motor vehicle fuel tax, such as DKI Jakarta, the price of Pertamax fell from Rp16.250 to Rp15.950 per liter, Pertamax Turbo from Rp19.300 to Rp18.300, and Pertamax Green 95 from Rp17.000 to Rp16.600. Dexlite remained at Rp19.700 per liter and Pertamina Dex at Rp21.150 per liter. Pertamina Patra Niaga said the periodic adjustment tracks global oil prices and the rupiah exchange rate in line with government rules, while also considering consumer purchasing power and national supply availability. The company also is offering nonsubsidized fuel transaction promotions through the MyPertamina app.
