Pegadaian to hold LEXIS 2026 on new KUHP, KUHAP impact
The June 4-5 forum in Jakarta will focus on corporate legal risks, including fraud mitigation and governance.
PT Pegadaian will hold the Legal Excellence and Integrity Summit (LEXIS) 2026 on June 4-5 at The Gade Tower in Jakarta to discuss the impact of implementing the new KUHP and KUHAP on corporate legal risks. The forum responds to Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 2023 on KUHP and Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2025 on KUHAP, which are seen as changing how companies map compliance and potential criminal cases. Director of Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance Ismail Ilyas said companies need to move more quickly in reading risks so assets, reputation, and business continuity are protected. The event will feature Asep Nana Mulyana from Kejaksaan Agung RI and Hibnu Nugroho from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, and will be attended by Pegadaian's legal division, internal auditors, and legal agents from across Indonesia.
