PDIP holds RedTalks in Malang to hear young voices
The July 25 forum at Malang Creative Center will cover education, academic freedom, the economy and creative spaces.
PDI Perjuangan held its RedTalks forum in Malang, East Java, on Saturday, July 25, 2026, as a space for dialogue to absorb the aspirations of young people. East Java PDIP DPD chairman Said Abdullah said the second-year forum carried the theme “Indonesia Punya Kita,” highlighting how young people imagine Indonesia’s future, the challenges ahead and criticism across generations. The event took place at Malang Creative Center and featured speakers from academia, comedy and student activism, including Selvi Asna Prestianawati, Suko Widodo, Abdel Achrian, Kafitan Aidil Fitra Sukirman, Aryo Bimo Soebagio, Mochamad Ali Firdaus and Benny Miftahul Arifin. The discussion was also streamed live so participants outside the venue could follow along and share their views.
