Partai Ummat attends PKR congress in Melaka, meets Anwar Ibrahim
The delegation joined PKR’s 19th National Justice Congress from 14-16 August 2026 at MITC, Melaka, with policy debates and awards.
DPP Partai Ummat Executive Chairman Heikal Safar and DPP Partai Ummat Secretary-General Taufik Hidayat attended Partai Keadilan Rakyat’s National Justice Congress 2026 in Melaka, Malaysia, and met Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. The opening event was held at the Melaka International Trade Centre, Ayer Keroh, on Saturday, 15 August 2026. The 19th PKR congress ran from 14-16 August under the theme “Memugar Reformasi, Membina MADANI”. According to Heikal, the congress agenda included discussion sessions with 16 speakers from the party’s various wings and state representatives, covering economic issues, education and public welfare. The program also included the Bill Kayong award presentation to five families and the Mega Rahmah Carnival with several government agencies.
