Nvidia pitches Europe on AI push, rolls out data center gear

Nvidia used its GTC event in Berlin on Wednesday to press European companies to adopt artificial intelligence more broadly, while introducing new data center equipment, software, models and regional partnerships. Chief Executive Jensen Huang argued that sectors including automotive, financial services and health care need to integrate AI for Europe to build a durable AI economy. The company said its new DSX Pod, developed with partners including Dell Technologies, packages server hardware, cabling and plumbing in a containerized system that can be deployed much faster. Nvidia said the setup reduces installation time to 14 days from roughly six months for smaller-scale deployments under a gigawatt.
