Trisakti Students Protest at DPR Carrying Economic, Civil Tritura
The 13:30 rally brought together six Trisakti schools and called for a review of the free nutritious meal program.
Trisakti University students protested at the DPR Building in Jakarta on Friday, June 19, 2026, carrying three people’s demands, or Tritura. The demands call for restoring the national economy and politics, removing state officials seen as incompetent, and returning civilian supremacy. The rally was scheduled to begin at 13:30 and followed several days of consolidation. Six Trisakti educational units joined: Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics, STMA Trisakti, STMK Trisakti, Institut Pariwisata Trisakti, Trisakti School of Management, and STEI Trisakti. On related issues, the crowd demanded lower fuel and staple prices, as well as an evaluation of the free nutritious meal program, which they said has problems.
