Liverpool sign Victor Munoz from Osasuna for 40 million euros
The 22-year-old will join only after the 2026 World Cup while he remains with Spain's squad in the United States.
Liverpool have reached an agreement to sign Spanish winger Victor Munoz from Osasuna in a deal reported at about 40 million euros, or 34.5 million pounds sterling. The English club said Munoz has signed a long-term contract, but the transfer still needs work permit approval and international paperwork. The 22-year-old underwent a medical at Spain's national team camp in the United States, on the sidelines of the 2026 World Cup. Munoz is the first signing since Andoni Iraola took over as Liverpool head coach. Last season he made 34 appearances, scored seven goals and provided five assists for Osasuna, then scored on his international debut against Serbia in March.
