KPK reschedules questioning of Nusron Wahid this week
KPK has sent a summons and will probe HGB money flows, including suspected use for organizational activities.
KPK has rescheduled the questioning of Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid as a witness this week in the alleged extortion case involving the handling of building use rights and other receipts at the Ministry of ATR/BPN. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said a summons has been sent after Nusron failed to appear at the previous schedule on Wednesday (7/10), citing internal ministry business. In the investigation, KPK has named eight suspects, including Director General for Land and Spatial Control and Order Lampri, Bogor Regency Land Office head I Sontang Coin Manurung, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk President Director Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, and Fahd El Fouz. KPK also seized Rp106,3 miliar in cash in the 14 September sting operation.
