KPK returns Rp153.6 billion seized in PT Taspen corruption case
The latest transfer brings the total recovered funds returned to Taspen in the fictitious investment case to Rp1,036 trillion.
KPK returned Rp153.6 billion in state-seized funds to PT Taspen in the fictitious investment corruption case at the state-owned company. The handover took place at KPK headquarters in Cawang, Jakarta, on Wednesday (24/6/2026), from KPK Asset Tracing, Evidence Management and Execution Director Mungki Hadipratikto to Taspen President Director Rony Hanityo Aprianto. The return followed a final court ruling in the case involving Antonius Nicholas Stephanus Kosasih. The Rp153.613.488.054 had previously been held in a KPK escrow account. With the latest transfer, the total asset recovery funds returned by KPK to Taspen reached Rp1.036.705.882.322, after the previous handover of Rp883.038.394.268 on 20 November 2025.
