Kejagung says it saved Rp131.5 trillion from 12 graft cases

The biggest recovery came in 2026 at Rp40.5 trillion, led by the tin, Pertamina and BTS 4G cases.

Kejaksaan Agung recorded Rp131.53 trillion in recovery of state financial losses through its special criminal division over 2020-2026. Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah said the figure came from court rulings that had gained permanent legal force, then followed by coercive steps by investigators and the handover of assets to Badan Pemulihan Aset. The biggest result came in 2026 at Rp40.5 trillion, followed by Rp24.5 trillion in 2025 and Rp24.4 trillion in 2023. Kejaksaan Agung said at least 12 strategic cases were handled, including the tin trade at PT Timah, crude oil and refinery product management at PT Pertamina, the BTS 4G case at Kominfo, Jiwasraya, Asabri, as well as education digitalization at Kemendikbudristek and textile imports at Ditjen Bea Cukai.
