Prince Harry and Meghan arrived in Britain on Aug. 26 with their children, Archie and Lilibet, marking the family’s return after about six years in California. UK media said the family flew by private jet from California to Birmingham and plans to remain for an extended stay.
Reports said Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, have been enrolled at a school in or near the Cotswolds for the coming academic year. The couple are expected to keep their home in Montecito, California, as well as a property in Portugal.
The move revives questions about Harry’s relationship with King Charles III and Prince William, as well as security arrangements, after Harry previously lost a court fight over publicly funded police protection in Britain.
