Government launches Satu Data ZIS-DSKL to streamline zakat
The platform links mustahik data with DTSEN to better target zakat distribution and reduce duplicate records.
The government launched Satu Data Zakat, Infak, Sedekah, dan Dana Sosial Keagamaan Lainnya (ZIS-DSKL) at the Ministry of PPN/Bappenas office in Jakarta on Thursday. The system, developed by Bappenas, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and Baznas, is designed to integrate muzaki and mustahik data that have not been fully connected, leaving room for duplicate records in the distribution and empowerment of zakat funds. Bappenas Deputy Pungkas Bahjuri Ali said the platform also links mustahik data with Data Tunggal Sosial dan Ekonomi Nasional, or DTSEN. Baznas and amil zakat institutions can use it to check recipient profiles, welfare decile status, and the history of government aid. Baznas Chairman Sodik Mudjahid said he hopes the integration will also support this year’s target of collecting Rp50 trillion in zakat.
