A Go-Ahead Singapore bus driver was allegedly assaulted while operating Service 2 on Aug. 16, marking the second such case involving the operator in three months. The incident happened at about 5:20 p.m. on the route between Changi Village Terminal and Kampong Bahru Terminal, disrupting the trip. The driver sought treatment at Changi General Hospital for injuries and has since returned to work. Go-Ahead said it lodged a police report and is cooperating with authorities. An earlier assault on May 23 also involved a driver on Service 2 after a passenger reportedly became angry about missing a stop.
