Leaders at the Group of Seven summit in Evian turned Tuesday to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and social media risks after days dominated by Iran and Ukraine. French President Emmanuel Macron, hosting the summit, planned discussions on protecting children and democracies online before separate leader press conferences and a private dinner with President Donald Trump at the Palace of Versailles. Sam Altman of OpenAI, Dario Amodei of Anthropic and Arthur Mensch of Mistral AI were due to attend a leaders' lunch. European members have pushed for stronger digital safeguards, a stance that has irritated Washington.
