DPR budget committee approves 2027 budget for 7 ministries at Rp3.1 trillion
The committee also backed additional budget requests for all coordinating ministries in a June 22 meeting in Jakarta.
The DPR RI Budget Committee approved the budget ceilings for seven coordinating ministries for fiscal 2027, totaling Rp3.1 trillion, in a meeting at the parliamentary complex in Jakarta on Monday, June 22, 2026. DPR Budget Committee chairman Said Abdullah led the meeting, which was attended by 60 of 104 members from eight factions. The breakdown is as follows: Kemenko Perekonomian will get Rp664 billion, Kemenko PMK Rp304.1 billion, Kemenko Polkam Rp392.2 billion, Kemenko Hukum, HAM, Imigrasi, dan Pemasyarakatan Rp338.8 billion, Kemenko Pangan Rp509.3 billion, Kemenko Infrastruktur dan Pembangunan Kewilayahan Rp276.8 billion, and Kemenko Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Rp620.9 billion. Banggar also approved additional budget proposals so the coordinating ministers do not need to return to the same forum.
