Crown Princess Victoria to visit Indonesia on Sept. 4-8
The agenda includes Jakarta and NTT, with talks on climate, biodiversity, digital transformation and blended finance.
Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden is scheduled to visit Indonesia on Sept. 4-8 as a UNDP Goodwill Ambassador. The visit aims to strengthen the partnership with the Government of Indonesia on sustainable development. In Jakarta, Victoria will meet government leaders, development partners, the private sector, young leaders and UN representatives. The discussions will cover innovation, digital transformation and blended finance to help speed progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals. She is also scheduled to travel to Nusa Tenggara Timur to meet communities and local partners working on nature conservation, ecotourism and nature-based development. Victoria was appointed a UNDP goodwill ambassador in October 2023.
