BRI Disburses Rp10.6 Trillion in Housing KUR, 77,592 Units
Units have reached 167% of BRI's target, while the housing KUR interest rate remains 6% per year.
BRI has disbursed Rp10.6 trillion in Housing KUR through July 2026, equivalent to 88.3 percent of the government's Rp12 trillion target. On the unit side, disbursements have reached 77,592 units, or 167 percent of the target of 46,230 units. At a meeting in Jakarta on 21 July 2026, Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait said BRI was the best-performing bank in Housing KUR disbursement. BRI President Director Hery Gunardi also said BRI's FLPP disbursement had reached 19,075 units through 20 July 2026. Nationwide, the Housing KUR target stands at 88,535 units with a ceiling of Rp50 trillion, and BRI's target share reaches 52.2 percent by units. The Housing KUR interest rate remains 6 percent per year.
