BRI logs 1.13 million agents, 49.7 million BRImo users by June 2026
The network now reaches more than 60,753 villages, including 20 branch units in border areas with neighboring countries.
BRI reported expanding banking services to remote parts of Indonesia as the company marked the 81st anniversary of Indonesia’s independence. By June 2026, the state-owned bank had more than 7,000 office networks, 1.13 million BRILink agents serving more than 60,753 villages, and 49.7 million BRImo users. In border areas, BRI operated 20 branch units, consisting of 14 units on the Indonesia-Timor Leste border, one unit on the Indonesia-Papua Nugini border and five units on the Indonesia-Malaysia border. BRI Operations Director Hakim Putratama said the expansion of service access was supported by strengthening physical and digital channels, including the CX100 program. In a separate report, BRI also said its MSME loan portfolio reached about Rp1,235 trillion, or 75.2 percent of the company’s total loans at the end of the second quarter of 2026.
