Brentford beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 as Forest stay in bottom three

What's new: Forest managed just one shot on target after 15 attempts, extending the league's worst scoring record.

Brentford beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 in the Premier League on Saturday, with Forest's attacking problems worsening as they remained in the bottom three. Nikola Milenkovic turned in Dango Ouattara's cross for an own goal after 30 minutes, and Igor Thiago sealed the result in the 76th with a deflected finish set up by Jaidon Anthony. Forest created chances but wasted them, with James McAtee curling wide in the first half and Ryan Yates heading over from close range after halftime. Caoimhin Kelleher was barely tested, collecting Forest's first shot on target late on. The defeat left Oliver Glasner's side as the league's lowest scorers with six goals.
