Bogor to build Rp29.47 billion creative hub in former Cibinong hall
The Siliwangi Center has entered the contract stage, with handover targeted for late 2026 and use in 2027.
Bogor Regency government is building its first creative hub in the region by repurposing the former arts building on Jalan Tegar Beriman, Cibinong. The facility, named Siliwangi Center, carries a budget of about Rp29.47 billion and is targeted for completion in December 2026. Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto said the project has already entered the contract-signing stage. In addition to spaces for the creative industries, the building will also include a theater to support arts activities. Based on the construction needs identification document from the Bogor Regency Tourism and Creative Economy Office, the building is designed as a center for collaboration, education, and creative-economy development for industry players, artists, and communities. The regency aims to start using the facility in 2027 after PHO at the end of 2026.
