Bareskrim charges 2 Whip Pink executives in illegal N2O case

Police are tracing distribution to 16 warehouses in 10 cities, with the business’s five-month turnover put at Rp21,3 miliar.

Bareskrim Polri has named two senior executives of N2O gas producer Whip Pink as suspects in an alleged violation of the Health Law. They are Andi Hioe and his son, Jasen Hioe, linked to PT Suplaindo Sukses Sejahtera. Police charged them under Article 435 of Law No. 17 of 2023 on suspicion of producing and distributing pharmaceutical preparations that did not meet quality and safety standards. Earlier, investigators uncovered three production sites in Jakarta in April 2026 and said the product had no legal authorization or BPOM distribution permit. The distribution network was said to reach 16 warehouses in 10 cities. During the investigation, police also questioned witnesses and referred to one influencer who was allegedly temporarily paralyzed after using Whip Pink.
