French prosecutors said an autopsy found no signs of violence in the death of Daniel Siad, a 69-year-old modeling scout whose name appeared nearly 2,000 times in files tied to Jeffrey Epstein. Siad was found dead July 20 at his home in Colombes, northwest of Paris. The Nanterre prosecutor's office said the July 23 examination did not establish a direct cause of death, but found impaired health and traces of an earlier heart attack. Toxicology and pathology tests are still underway. Siad had been under investigation in France in a broader probe into alleged human trafficking and tax fraud linked to Epstein's network, but prosecutors said surveillance had not produced enough evidence to arrest him.
