AC Milan rally to beat MU 4-2 in Wroclaw
Milan overcame two deficits, while Bruno Fernandes missed a penalty as MU let a lead slip in the preseason match.
AC Milan beat Manchester United 4-2 in a 2026/27 preseason friendly at Wroclaw Stadium in Poland on Saturday (15/8), despite falling behind twice. MU opened the scoring in the second minute when Harry Maguire headed in Bruno Fernandes' corner. Milan drew level before halftime through Samuel Chukwueze, after Fernandes failed to convert a penalty in the 41st minute because Lorenzo Torriani saved it. MU went back in front in the 51st minute through Patrick Dorgu, but Milan responded quickly. Alphadjo Cisse equalized in the 57th minute, then Chukwueze's cross was headed in by Goncalo Ramos to put Milan ahead 3-2. Ruben Loftus-Cheek added a fourth goal four minutes later. In the remaining minutes, Torriani denied MU several times.
