2 more suspects charged in alleged White House UFC attack plot
What's new: The latest arrests bring the federal case to seven defendants after investigators said they disrupted the plan before the June 14 event.
Federal authorities charged two more men in an alleged plot to attack President Donald Trump's UFC event at the White House, bringing the known number of defendants to seven. Court records show William Lee Spartacus Falkner of Belfair, Washington, and Jordan W. Rincker, 28, were arrested in recent days and each faces a conspiracy to commit murder charge. Investigators said the group planned to send explosive-laden drones over the June 14 event on the South Lawn and then open fire on people fleeing the crowd. The investigation began after the mother of 19-year-old Tycen Proper alerted police about firearms purchases and online messages, according to an FBI affidavit.
