Wuling unveils Aira EV ahead of GIIAS 2026 debut
The electric city car uses a 25.1 kWh battery and 30 kW motor, with a claimed range of up to 300 km under CLTC.
Wuling Motors unveiled the Aira EV at its plant in Cikarang, West Java, on Saturday (11/7), ahead of its official launch at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026 in late July. The model will expand Wuling's electric vehicle lineup in Indonesia after the Air EV, BinguoEV, and Cloud EV. In the media session, Aira EV was presented as an electric city car measuring 3,268 mm long, 1,550 mm wide, 1,575 mm high, with a 2,190 mm wheelbase. The car uses a 30 kW electric motor and a 25.1 kWh battery, with a claimed range of up to 300 kilometers based on the CLTC standard. Wuling also equipped it with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, a 7-inch digital instrument panel, two airbags, TPMS, ESC, a rear parking camera, and EPB with AVH.
