World Cup final debuts 11-minute halftime show led by BTS, Shakira

FIFA staged the first halftime show in a World Cup final on Sunday, turning the break in the Spain-Argentina title match at New York New Jersey Stadium into an 11-minute music spectacle led by BTS, Shakira, Madonna, Justin Bieber, Burna Boy and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. Gustavo Dudamel conducted musicians from the New York Philharmonic and Venezuela's Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra, while the Muppets, Jason Sudeikis and Staten Island's PS22 Chorus also appeared.
