The United States struck targets in Iran for an 11th straight night as President Donald Trump warned Washington could soon hit an underground nuclear site near Natanz and retaliate against any attack on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. US Central Command said the latest wave targeted military operations centers, maritime assets, aircraft hangars, drone storage sites and logistics infrastructure to curb threats to commercial vessels. Iranian state media reported air defenses activated in Tehran and blasts in Tabriz, Chabahar, Konarak and Bushehr. Kuwait said its air defenses engaged Iranian drones, while Bahrain and Jordan also reported intercepting drones and missiles. The latest escalation pushed oil prices higher and deepened fears of a wider regional war.
