TransNusa opens Jakarta-Bangkok, 2 East Indonesia routes

New: Jakarta-Bangkok flights start Aug. 6, 2026 with two daily frequencies and promo fares from Rp2,999 million one way.

TransNusa is adding three new routes, Jakarta-Bangkok, Denpasar-Wakatobi, and Denpasar-Waingapu, to expand its network in Southeast Asia and eastern Indonesia. The international Jakarta-Bangkok route is scheduled to begin operations on Aug. 6, 2026, with two daily flights through Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The first flight departs Jakarta at 08.20 WIB and arrives in Bangkok at 11.45 local time, while the second leaves at 16.30 WIB and arrives at 19.55. TransNusa is also offering promotional fares starting at Rp2.999.000 one way. On the domestic side, the airline is opening Denpasar-Wakatobi and Denpasar-Waingapu to make it easier for travelers to reach destinations in eastern Indonesia that have often required transit.
